ISQua

NON-PROFIT / HEALTHCARE / WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT + LMS DEVELOPMENT

About the Client

ISQua has spent over 30 years working to improve the quality and safety of health care worldwide, connecting a network of health care professionals across more than 70 countries and six continents through education, knowledge sharing and external evaluation. They came to us needing a custom-built learning management system to match a website that could do their work justice.

The Challenge

ISQua’s existing website had ballooned to around 150 pages, making it genuinely difficult for members and prospective members to find what they needed. On top of the redesign, they needed a bespoke learning management system built from scratch — one that could handle an online community, forums, courses and exams, alongside sections for events and accreditation (the same accreditation most Irish hospitals rely on).

The Solution

We audited the site and cut it down from roughly 150 pages to a much tidier 50–60, rebuilding the navigation so members and prospective members could actually find their way around. We built the custom LMS with its own community, forums, courses, exams and accreditation section, added a dedicated events area, and gave the homepage a video-and-slideshow-led design with clear calls-to-action driving people toward membership and enquiries.

The Results

We began with a full business analysis before carrying out a complete content audit and content strategy, trimming the site down and rewriting it page by page. From there, we built a mobile-responsive, accessible website and developed a custom learning management system to sit behind it. Onsite and local SEO work helped ISQua climb the rankings, and we rounded the project off with website management training across departments and ongoing support to keep things running smoothly.
